Soy beans on their own are not the greatest tasting. So we need to be creative in a way how we put them into our bodies. Mixing them up with pink salmon and with added olive oil is one creative meal. Pink salmon is very health. Soy bean is very healthy. Olive oil is very healthy. You mix three healthy elements and you get a meal no one can question. Eating healthy is a basic rule to become an exceptional martial artist. Muscles work for you and that is why you must do what it takes to build muscles.
