Back Flips by Instructor

 

Gymnastics are very important part of Kung Fu. Training your body to the point that you are able to do things such as back flips takes years of hard work and dedication. It all starts with basic excersises we do in the class and gradually increasing the level of difficulty. Eating healthy is a must. Burning fat and gaining muscles is required to be able to do some of the more difficult moves such as back flips. Press Play in the middle of the video to watch it.
