In order to eat healthy we must have variety of foods otherwise we will reach junk food. This section is going to keep growing as we progress with our class. Soy beans with apples are the best fat burning reciepe know to me at this moment. Muscles - protein. Soy beans contain a large amount of natural form of protein. Apples are simply used for a better taste. If you want to build a brick house you need bricks. If you want to build a paper house you need paper. Same with your body. Remember that your body is made out of elements you put in it. Be very selective to what it is that you put in your body. Make soy bean with apples a meal you eat regularly.
